Qualifying case results can be reported to Top Verdict for consideration free of charge through our website.

However, if you wish to submit one or more case results by emailing us a written report or a copy of or a link to a press release, you could do so by using this paid service.

Please note:

• The nominal price is for one case result being reported. The total price will depend on the quantity of case results being reported.
• The written report or press release must include sufficient information and/or documentation pertaining to the case and case result. Please follow the data structure for jury verdict and bench award reports and for settlement reports.
• If we do not receive sufficient information and/or documentation contained in/supplied with your written report or press release, we may need to reach out to you for clarification. If, after a corresponding submission deadline, we do not receive pertinent information and/or documentation, sufficient to establish a qualifying entry, we reserve the right to exclude the reported case result(s) from consideration, and no refunds will be offered.
• No refund will be offered for a case result that has been reviewed by us, but, later, withdrawn from consideration by you/your firm for any reason.
• Using this service:
  • DOES NOT establish priority – compared to the case results reported to us for free through our web forms - in the review of the case results being reported.
  • DOES NOT guarantee inclusion of a case result to a list.
  • DOES NOT guarantee publication of a list that the case result otherwise qualifies for inclusion to.
