Late Addition Service

Description of the service

If you are reporting (a) case result(s) after we have published (a) list(s) that the case result(s) would have made, had it been timely reported, you can order a special review of the case result(s) and its/their addition to all qualifying lists, as follows:

• If the amount of the case result matches that of another case result already included in the list, the newly-added case result will be directly integrated into the list as a tie and will share the corresponding winning place.
• If the amount of the case result does not match that of any other case result already included in the list, the newly-added case result will be added to the footnotes of the list as an honorable mention. However, it will not be assigned a specific winning place.
• In either of the scenarios, you will be considered as having made the list(s) and be eligible to obtain corresponding accolades.
• The standard service includes case review and list update (as per the above scenarios) for state-wide lists only. You may wish to choose the county-specific or/and nation-wide lists in addition or instead of the state-wide ones, at a different price.

Limitation of the service:

• Neither of the above options include a Number 1, 2, or 3 ranking assignment and/or a Number 1, 2, or 3 list update.
• The standard price is for one (1) case result review and its addition to qualifying lists. Automatic discounts (on the current page and/or at checkout) may apply to multi-case and/or multi-region orders.
• Only lists that have been published will be updated. The service does not include publishing a new list solely for the sake of the newly-reported case result.
• If no lists have been published for the chosen region – state, county, or nation – we will provide you with the case result’s ranking in up to three (3) categories, if available, in the applicable year and chosen applicable region(s). Thanks to such ranking determination you will be eligible to advertise the new recognition, including by obtaining corresponding accolades from us.

4. If you have not already done so, report the desired case result(s) here.
5. Allow us up to 10 business days from the receipt of BOTH your order and case result report(s), whichever comes later, to complete the review and advise you of its results.
